ABSTRACT
A 41-year-old male was
admitted with left blurred vision within 1-year of onset. He was previously
healthy, and his family history was negative for neurological diseases. The neurological
examination showed left miosis and ptosis. A Brain MRI was normal. A cervical
computed tomography scan was suggestive of Eagle syndrome. A CT angiography
demonstrated elongation of the styloid processes with left styloid-process
pinned the left internal carotid artery against the transverse process of the
C1-2 vertebra. Upon further questioning, the subject stated that he goes to
chiropractic.
